Rental Rates & Availability

Our booking dates are flexible allowing the option of being able to travel using off peak midweek flights.

You may book for any number of days although stays of less than one week will be surcharged for short term cleaning.

Villa Rental Rates

Last minute bookings and longer term rentals will attract a discount from the above rates

We are also in contact with many other owners on Emerald Island - if we are booked for your required dates we may still be able to help you find another villa so please ask. We can also accommodate larger groups that may need two villas close together.

How To Make a Booking

If you are interested in booking our villa please check if we are available using our online calendar (will open in a new window) or fill in our availability enquiry form.

If your dates are available please e-mail or telephone us to provisionally reserve your dates and confirm the dates are still available. We will provisionally reserve the dates for no longer than 7 days to allow you time to fill in our booking form and return it along with a deposit of £150.00 / $250.00 per week. If we do not receive the completed booking form and deposit within 7 days we will place the dates back on the calendar.

Payment can be made in either UK£ or US$ by cheque, electronic transfer or credit cards via Paypal - note that Paypal payments are subject to a 4% surcharge. More information about Paypal can be found here.
